Individualized Study Plan

Junior Year

My Junior Year was spent solidifying my focus, and laying the groundwork for my Senior Project. Classes like "The Politics of Life" and "Alternative Art Forms Since 1962" were formative - they provided the foundation and space to begin to understand how larger political systems manifest themselves within the everyday, and how meaning circulates and is created within mundane every-days. 

Senior Year

In my Senior Year, I focused on taking learnings from the year before, and bringing them into my capstone work. As a senior, I completed two capstone projects - a thesis for my CHID major, and my senior project for CEP - and this was a huge lift. In order to be able to complete the depth of research I hoped to, I chose to bring my thesis and capstone together. My CEP capstone builds on CHID thesis work, and takes the more exploratory scope of my thesis, and applies learnings to my capstone
