Hi! My name's Sophie, and I am a soon-to-be graduate of the University of Washington. I'm interested in the thinking through the foundations of how we plan our cities and urban spaces - who these processes are for, and what these processes leave out. Within my education, I have intentionally sought out coursework that examines how larger systems manifest themselves in everyday life. I am interested in working to deconstruct the urban planning process, and advocate for cities that are truly equitable.
Outside of class, I find a weird amount of joy from rearranging my room, and grocery shopping. I like to read, and am currently in the process of trying to become a competent home cook, and a mediocre knitter.
